I am constantly having to reboot my dlr-855 router. The PC tells me I am connected but the wireless icon on windows has a yellow exclamation symbol which is the notice that you are not connected to the dns server. Thus , I need to reboot about every 3 days, Can you help? Thank you
Have you tried disabling “Advanced DNS”. it is found where you set up the WAN connection.
That feature was very poorly tested when dlink included it and should not be used by non US residents as it will point you to US Akamia servers and any other service that identifies your location by dns.
